Beginning with the establishment of Cambodia Information Access Center in 2002, the work scope
was expanded worldwide to ASEAN, Eastern Europe, CIS, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
The Centers support Korean IT Infrastructure model to underdeveloped countries and provide
information education and internet use opportunity.

Since 2001, Korea Internet Volunteers who are mainly composed of professors and university
students, have provided IT training courses and other IT related volunteering activities to the local
communities around the world to share IT knowledge and skills

Beginning in 1998, this program has invited policy makers, CEOs and technicians from developing
countries and handed over Korean IT industry and informatization model. The program strives to
provide information on Korea's IT development and to construct pro-Korea industry environment
through expanding human network
