| M&SOFT-Alpine, signed navigation software supply contract |

M&SOFT exports its navigation software
to 3 south-east Asian countries and Australia, etc.
M&SOFT, which is
leaping from Korea's No. 1 navigation software company to the global LBS
(Location based service) company, announced on September 30th an agreement to
provide the navigation software for export, 'SpeedNavi' to Alpine which is the
international car AVN (Audio video navigation) system company.
This
contract starts to provide the 'SpeedNavi-Thai version' from October, and
the 'SpeedNavi ? Singaporean/Malay, Australian version' by the end of this month
as follows. 'SpeedNavi' will be installed on 4.3" PNDs for the first models,
then other PNDs and black boxes which are displayed in connected with car audio,
video system. It will provide the Before Market product, as well.
M&SOFT (www.mnsoft.co.kr) is now able to roll up the engine the
digital map development of other countries through this contract with Alpine and
made opportunities to introduce other hardware companies from the local
launching of Alpine.
M&SOFT is now expanding global Before Market
through installing its navigation map in the automobiles of Hyundai-Kia motors.
At the same time, it is targeting the After Market providing the navigation
software for export 'SpeedNavi' to national and international hardware companies
such as HACT (Hyundai Autonet China Tianjin), Hyundai Mobis, Mio Technology and
Asus etc.
Jang-won Choi, director of the global business division said
"This contract with Alpine is the milestone in expanding the global market of
M&SOFT" and "We have a plan of developing the products for major countries
all over the world, except the South America by the beginning of 2009."
